Lorne in Victoria Australia, is tiny little beach side town along the Victorian coast. My sister and I were taken on a magical drive by our brother on a wonderful family get together and we ended up in Lorne just as the sun was setting.
Stopping at the little general store in search of delicious viands (chocolate milk and Tim Tams) we wandered off the road a little to find this scene before our eyes! The stillness of the water and the last of the dappled sunlight produced a scene of breathtaking beauty which we of course snapped before the light faded.
Soon after, the light dimmed and we began the melancholic journey back to Melbourne knowing that we had one of those most wonderful of days that may never come again.
