Thought for the day:
It doesn’t matter how tatty your wings are…
If you can fly…
FLY!
I photographed this old butterfly resting on a succulent plant growing on the top of the mountains in far North Western Australia. Despite its threadbare wings it flew off into the sunlight and soared away into the future.

Ha ha! 😀 Antique dealers call damage “Patina” and it adds huge amount to the value. Unfortunately my flaws don’t seem to add appreciation. Quel dommage indeed! Hope you have a great day too!
