This is a photo of some Ranunculus from our local florist. They went pettily in a Japanese vase that I found last week at the Sunday carboot sale for a mere $10! The colours seemed to go nicely. I was very happy to find this vase which is from the mid 1900’s and is lavishly painted with a riot of different flowers and two splendid phoenix.
