The sun, impatient
Bursting upon the night sky
Bedazzles the moon
In response to Ronovan Writes prompt “sky and dazzle”
I took this picture at sunrise through the Arc de Triomphe in Paris in the spring. Ah, April in Paris…
I wonder if Napoleon ever stood watching the sun rise through his arch?
LOVE this picture… makes me want to lay in the grass and take pictures of the sun as it appears in between the trees… I giggled as I read the haiku only because I can imagine the sun and the moon having this experience. Like two birds wanting to be in the same bird bath at the same time… Life is sure beautiful isn’t it? 🙂

The eternal cycle. Life truly can be beautiful. Love the bird bath analogy. 🙂
