With each ebbing tide
Ordered chaos creating
New universes
Prompt words: “Chaos and order”
Welcome to TJ’s Household challenge both regular visitors and some new wonderful faces. As regular readers of the blog will know, I adore St Malo. The magnificent tides flowing in an out around the city, endlessly revealing new landscapes.
If you would like to join in then simply add a link to your haiku post using either the picture or the prompt words as an idea for your haiku and add TJ’s Household Haiku Challenge to your tags to make it easy for others to find.
I am no haiku despot by the way. You don’t have to feel constrained by the words or the picture. Any poetry generated from the prompts will be eagerly accepted. Also, if you would prefer a form like “tanka” or another micropoetry choice then please add your link.
Last week’s prompts “perfume and lost” produced some delicious interpretations.
Firstly, apologies to Willowdot21 for missing her two lovely haiku from the week before. Do check it out!

Love the idea of a rock pool being a universe unto itself. Microscopic, invisible life forms changing with the tides. Wonderful haiku, Tim.

Thanks so much Olga. Sorry to take so long to reply. Not much time for anything but work during the week.
