Distil it down and test your theory,
How my heart leaps to conclusions.
Mix the reagents,
Two souls,
One uncertainty.
Agitate gently,
Over a flame,
Starry eyed sweethearts,
Galvanised,
In supernova meltdowns.
Molecular bonds,
in unpeaceful peace,
In strange attraction,
In discordant harmony,
In love
An insightful poem. I like the way you’ve left the ‘In love’ floating.

This makes me want to try chemistry ( as in mixing ingredients, not drugs, mind you!), even though I colossally failed at it in school. It always reminded me of soulless cooking.
