Remember, if you would like to participate then you can use any aspect of the household item for an inspiration. “Book” could be the book itself, its title, the binding, where it is kept, pictures in it,,,be creative.

    I just wanted to say: THANK YOU! for hosting this haiku challenge. I really like the idea of writing about household things, making what we might take as ordinary or regular and making haiku beauty. So, thank you. I am not as reliable as I want to be and I may forget to participate regularly but I want to use this contest event to help my writing.
