Welcome to TJ’s Household Haiku Challenge!

The prompt words this week are “Spring” and “cold”. You can use these in a haiku or take any inspiration you like from the photo which you are also welcome to use in your own post if you like.

          2. I have just bought a small blending machine that is supposed to make nutritious fruit and vegetable juices. I discovered it makes the most delicious margarita slushys. Much better use of the machine I say!

          5. Hahaha 🙂 I had a blender –well, more than one…should have kept the old one as it was made when appliances were expected to last from one generation to the next. But I gave it away, bought a new one–and the first time I made a milkshake in it, I realized that it was flimsier, less secure than the old model…milkshake all over the kitchen, and frown on the face 🙂 Gave that one away too, with no warning… and have never purchased another. Maybe it’s time… 🙂

          6. I agree with you about the flimsiness. We still have a fan from the 1950s that goes like steam while all the new ones threaten to burst into flames after one season.
