I loved this picture and your words and ideas add an extra layer to think about.
The picture took me back to first moving into a university hall of residence, going to the window and seeing three walls of identical windows looking back. If the windows had been as individual as these I would perhaps have been happier.

Oth thank you! I can well imagine your feeling of the clinical repetition of windows at university. I think that there is something so much more human in the variation of architecture prior to the Neo classical. Hope your university experience had some bright points. I was very lucky to have a wonderful time at UWA. Hope your week goes swimmingly. 🙂
